This is a characer I did as an art test for Insomniac games. I started with a low poly in 3DS Max and took it into Mudbox for painting. Then took a medium res Mudbox mesh into Silo and built the low res mesh arround it. And finally baked the noramls in 3DS Max. Textures painted in Photoshop, render done in 3DS Max 9 scanline renderer. This is the first non-realistic character I have done but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.
